Learning for Development: COL's resource CD
(updated, November 2006): COL continually updates its CD-ROM, that now contains over 60 publications including training manuals, start-up guides and research. It includes all 21 titles in COL's popular Knowledge Series, as well as free and open source software, news and reporting. It is available upon request from COL: info@col.org

Costing ODL (June 2004), provides an introduction to costing in open and distance learning (ODL).  It is designed for people setting up new ODL programmes and for people wishing to improve the quality of the management of existing programme.  "Costing ODL" includes fully functioning spreadsheets but it is not a costing tool.

Ten Years of The Commonwealth of Learning: A celebration of achievement: In celebration of COL's 10th anniversary, a multi-media CD-ROM was produced in 1999. The CD-ROM is packed full with information about COL and distance education in the Commonwealth.
