IQAT is the Interactive Quality Assessment Tool used in the National University Telecommunications Network (NUTN)-Hezel Associates benchmarking project. It is a web-based tool to track and benchmark institutional data systematically across time and among peer institutions.

Distance and Open Virtual Learning Environment Scale (DOVILES)
This Scale has been designed by the Open University of Hong Kong for educators to measure their particular online learning environments, by providing benchmarks of various aspects of learning. For learners, the DOVILES instrument can help to analyze the components of the online learning environment in which they study. Individuals or groups may use the DOVILES instrument free of charge
