Director: Finance, Administration & Human Resources
As Director, Finance, Administration & Human Resources, Ms. McEachern is responsible for activities related to office administration and the implementation and monitoring of effective financial systems which support the activities of the organisation. She joined the Commonwealth of Learning in August 1991. Ms. McEachern is a Certified General Accountant (CGA) with over twenty years of financial work experience in both the public and private sectors of finance. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New Brunswick.
She was appointed Manager, Finance and Administration on March 20, 1998, having served the organisation as Acting Administrator from July 1, 1997 and Finance Officer from 1991.
